These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through etherfolk.org, operated by Etherfolk LLC.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
About Etherfolk
Etherfolk is an independent art and publishing studio based in Naples, Florida.
The store offers newly produced art prints, canvases, apparel, cards, flags, accessories, and related objects. Products are made to order through professional print and fulfilment partners.
Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, products sold by Etherfolk are not antiques, recovered artifacts, or original historical documents.
Product Information
Etherfolk makes reasonable efforts to describe each product accurately, including its materials, size, finish, framing, and available options.
The collection may include:
original Etherfolk artwork;
modern reconstructions based on several texts or visual sources;
adaptations or restorations of public-domain material;
speculative or satirical compositions.
The relevant product description explains the nature of the artwork where that distinction matters.
Product images may include digital previews and representative lifestyle mockups. Furniture, props, people, and surrounding décor are not included unless specifically stated.
Minor differences may occur between the website image and the finished product because of screen settings, printing processes, material texture, wood grain, or normal manufacturing variation. Customers should use the listed dimensions when judging product size.
Prices and Payment
Prices are shown on the website and confirmed at checkout before payment is submitted.
The final order total may include the product price, discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes.
Standard shipping is free for eligible orders delivered within the United States. Any other shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges imposed by their country.
Payments are securely processed through the payment providers available through Squarespace. Etherfolk does not directly store complete payment-card details.
Orders
After an order is placed, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Etherfolk may cancel and refund an order when:
payment cannot be completed;
a product is unavailable;
the price or product information contains an obvious error;
the delivery address cannot be serviced;
the order appears fraudulent;
the order cannot legally or reasonably be fulfilled.
If Etherfolk cancels a paid order, the cancelled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Made-to-Order Production
Etherfolk products are made specifically for each order.
Production can begin quickly, sometimes within 24 hours. Cancellation or modification requests must therefore be sent to connect@etherfolk.org as soon as possible.
An order can be cancelled or changed only if production has not yet begun. Once production starts, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that production can still be stopped.
Shipping and Delivery
Production time and shipping time are separate.
Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of production volume, carrier operations, customs processing, severe weather, service interruptions, or address problems.
If Etherfolk cannot ship within the promised period, applicable US rules may require the customer to be offered a delay option or a refund for the unshipped merchandise.
Products from the same order may be made at different facilities. They may therefore arrive in separate packages, on different dates, and with separate tracking numbers.

Delivery Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please review the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, postal code, and country before completing checkout.
Etherfolk cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or shipping has begun.
An order delivered to the address entered at checkout is not eligible for a refund or free replacement because a different address was intended.
Additional charges may apply when an order must be produced or shipped again because the original address was incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or unclaimed.
Returns, Damage, and Refunds
Because products are made to order, Etherfolk does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, customer selection errors, or minor variations that are not defects, except where required by law.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact connect@etherfolk.org within the period stated in the Shipping & Returns Policy.
Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement or refund. Damaged or defective products do not need to be returned unless Etherfolk specifically requests otherwise.
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise identified, the original artwork, reconstructions, writing, product photography, branding, and website content belong to Etherfolk LLC or are used with permission.
Some products incorporate public-domain texts or images. Their underlying public-domain status does not transfer rights in Etherfolk’s restoration, arrangement, reconstruction, design, or product photography.
Purchasing a product gives the customer ownership of that physical item. It does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, digitize, modify, resell copies of, or commercially use the artwork.

Acceptable Use
You may not use this website to:
commit fraud or unlawful activity;
interfere with the operation or security of the site;
attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or information;
introduce malicious software;
copy or scrape substantial portions of the site for commercial use;
infringe Etherfolk’s or another person’s rights.
Etherfolk may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, the business, or its customers.
Historical, Religious, and Editorial Content
Etherfolk publishes artwork and writing concerning historical sources, Scripture, cosmology, symbolism, speculative histories, satire, and alternative interpretations.
Not every theory, interpretation, or symbolic model represented in the collection is presented as settled historical or scientific fact.
The site’s editorial content is offered for artistic, cultural, and informational purposes and is not professional advice.
Third-Party Services
Etherfolk uses third parties to provide website hosting, checkout, payments, production, shipping, analytics, and communication services.
The website may also link to external archives, references, social platforms, or other websites. Etherfolk does not control those sites or their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated when Etherfolk’s services, providers, products, or legal obligations change.
The current version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes will not alter the terms of an order already completed unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
