Shipping & Returns
Every Etherfolk piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — each artifact is produced specifically for you when you place your order, then shipped directly from our production partners. This means a little more time than mass-produced goods, and a product made specifically for you.
We replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted within 30 days of delivery. Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Full details below.

Because every item is made to order, please allow time for production before shipping begins:
Apparel, hats, and accessories: 2–5 business days
Posters, prints, and framed art: 2–5 business days
Greeting cards: 2–4 business days
Tapestries and home goods: 3–7 business days
Production time is separate from shipping time.

Once produced, your order ships via our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery after production:
United States: 4–8 business days
Canada: 6–12 business days
Europe: 6–12 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Total time from order to delivery is production time plus shipping time. Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Etherfolk products are fulfilled through trusted print-on-demand partners with production facilities in the United States, Europe, and other regions. Your item ships from the facility closest to its production point.

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to review product descriptions, size guides, and images carefully before ordering.
However — we stand behind the quality of every artifact we send.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it or refund it in full. No item leaves our archive broken.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We review and respond within 2–3 business days.
Approved replacements are produced within 2–5 business days and shipped using the standard timelines above (typically 4–8 business days to the US, 6–12 internationally).
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Because our return window begins when your order is delivered — not when it is placed — you will always have time to inspect your item and contact us after it arrives.

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimates above, email connect@etherfolk.org with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfillment partners and make it right.
